Most of our products with the exception of dog treats ship from the manufacturer.   Products usually ship from manufacturer within 7 days.  You will receive an e-mail when the product is shipped. 

We offer priority mail shipping throughout the United States for small and medium sized products.
Oversized products such as dog beds are not eligible for priority mail and will be assessed at the
standard shipping rate and billed under separate cover.  

Our goal is to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service.  If you  believe
a product is damaged or defective please contact customerservice@legourmutt.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the problem. Returns are at the expense of the buyer. 
Refunds will be given minus shipping charges.
